An invitation to dance and re-member our body planets to the planet body. To move with kin (human), kith (non-human) and a dope playlist as Monique playfully facilitates a thoughtful movement journey that reminds us how the external elements of the environment intimately mirror our internal body-scape. Layers, water. Optional cold dip afterward (bring suit/towel).
